# pricing

**$5 CAD / month** — flat rate, no add-ons, no per-seat pricing.

## What you get

Every premium module unlocked on **one server at a time**:

* Tickets, Ticket Categories & SLA rules
* Forms + submissions review
* Custom Commands
* Reaction Roles
* Scheduled Messages
* Embed Builder + `/sendembed`
* Backups + `/backup` slash commands

## Billing

* Payments are processed by **Stripe**. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link supported wherever Stripe supports them.
* The subscription auto-renews monthly. Cancel any time from Dashboard → **Premium** — you keep premium features until the end of the current period.
* No refunds for partial months.

## Managing your subscription

Dashboard → **Premium** shows:

* Current status (active, cancelled, past due).
* Which server premium is active on.
* Renewal date.
* **Manage subscription** — opens Stripe's customer portal where you can change your payment method, update billing details, or cancel.
